What kind of data is collected?
MyTwatch software only crawls data which are publicly displayed on the internet, without needing any password or specific rights. Personal information that may be related to these data is also public and entirely rely on data made publicly available by each person. This personal data is used to qualify and score each data collected. It is stored during 3 months.
How to access my data
According to the french law (act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual liberties), any person nominatively referenced by MyTwatch can ask for information, modification, rectification or deletion (article 34) of the reference, either by an electronic mail sent toperso@mytwatch.com or by postal mail sent to: MyTwatch, Données personnelles, 13 rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris, France.
